Restrictions on use of our Site

  1. College Media Labs Pvt. Ltd. is NOT directed to or intended for people under the age of Fourteen(14). Anyone less than fourteen (14) years of age should not register to use the Site. College Media does not knowingly collect any personal information from people under the age of fourteen. Users below the age of fourteen are to provide either of their parent's email address while registering and an email will be sent requesting registration confirmation for the particular user to use College Media services. The parent will be legally bound by any acts, deeds or other violations of College Media Terms of Use & Privacy Policy by their wards.
  2. Registration by a user who does not meet the age restriction but has either lied about this fact, otherwise misled us about it or concealed it from us shall be void, and we shall have no liability whatsoever towards such user.

  1. Data fetched from a user's Facebook account will be used to create a profile on collegemedia.in.

Content You Post to Public Areas

Certain areas of the Services may allow you to submit or post material, such as text, images, audio and video ("Content") that can be accessed and viewed by others, including the Internet and mobile audience in general. You may not submit Content on or through the Services that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships. You may not submit Content that violates these Terms of Service. We do not claim ownership of any Content that you may post. However, by submitting Content to on the Services, you grant us, our parent, affiliates, and distributors a royalty free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content worldwide in any medium.

Referrals

  1. If you choose to use our invitation service to tell a friend or potential community member about our Site, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend an email or instant message inviting him or her to visit the Site. College Media stores this information to send this invitation, to register a friend connection if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at support@collegemedia.in  to request that we remove this information from our database.

IP addresses and cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
